Training Program

If you are unemployed, on TANF, looking for a change in jobs, or in need of advancement,

  Enroll for Soft Skills Training
to get a job, keep a job, and/or advance.

Surveys of employers looking to hire employees reveal how important it is for job candidates to have soft skills, such as being reliable, a positive attitude, or knowing how to properly and effectively communicate with clients/customers/patients. Many individuals with limited exposure to the work world may not possess the "soft skills" needed to get a job, stay employed, and advance.

W.I.S.E. is a 4 week (3.5 hour, every Tuesday, 8:30am-12:00pm) job readiness training program, with one hour a week of individualized coaching to help you do well on your interview.

Registration and qualification is reqiured
