Health Enhancement and Learning (H.E.A.L) Forums to empower, and affect the well-being of Caregivers of persons with disabilities, with information on prevention strategies, healthy lifestyle living, relaxation and stress reduction techniques.
Monthly forums (1st Monday evenings of the month) 6:00pm-7:30pm

Request a 2 hour HIV/AIDS Awareness Workshop facilitated by a Certified Health Educator accommodating all audiences in various venues such as churches, correctional facilities, social services agencies, businesses, colleges and universities, and even Family Reunions!!
The workshop discusses:
- The HIV life Cycle
- Prevention Strategies
- Treatment/Maintenance/Medication Management
- Testing-Confidential and Anonymous, and
- Resources
The workshop is free. However donations are greatly appreciated as the monies are applied to our continued efforts to providing education and prevention services to uninsured, low-income/no-income persons with disabilities. We are funded by public support.

We provide a relaxing and confidential computer center where persons living with/ at risk of, or affected by Chronic Illnesses/ Disabilities/Family Violence can have access to “E”-Information and “E”-Resources via Health Websites. Peer/ Certified Health Educators are available upon request to assist with guidance and instruction in navigating various Websites, to answer any questions you may have.

| Project H.O.M.E. (Helping Offenders Meet Expectations) |
|

|
We receive referrals from, and provide lifestyle change workshops to individuals, correctional facilities/agencies releasing offenders, who are at-risk-of or living with HIV/AIDS/Chronic illness/Family Violence, back to their communities. We assist with linkages to:
- Employment
- Food and Shelter
- Medical/Medication Treatment
- Clothing
- Social Service Agencies
We provide support groups, educational workshops on health/medication maintenance, and a voluntary 90 day prevention plan for prison reentry.
